new mower

our old tractor died this summer, then it had been so wet we couldnt mow anyhow..since its been drying out we decided we needed to mow..so we went and priced some diff mowers.. finally decided on a craftsman from sears. got the mower, bagger and 3 year warrenty for $1,600 it was worth it i think...it was so nice to mow with somthing new for a change!

no no lol :laugh: i dont do any commercial mowing at all. this is just for our 1 1/2 acher lot.

it mows like a dream, lightyears ahead of the old one..but hey you can see what kinda shape its in lol the bagger works very well and hasnt been plugged once even with semi wet grass about 8" deep. the old one clogged every 5mins!

Nice mower for that price. Good luck with it! Is that a hydrostatic or gear drive? Looks like a gear to me but its hard to tell by the pics.

its gear, we didnt see much of a need for the hydrostatic for what we use it for.

i used it today to pull some junk around the yard..i love this thing haha
