Since everyone else is posting pictures of theirs, I figured I'll post some of mine too.

Its an '04 Silverado 1500, 4x4, loaded with leather and power everything, bose sound, ONLY 25K miles. Just got it paid off, $16,500 not a bad deal if you ask me but it was my grandpa's and then he passed so I finally purchased it from my grandma.

I added toolbox, cb antennas, John Deere stickers and thats about it, besides gas! 12mpg when towing.

Just cleaned her up last night, getting my personilzed plates for it this week!

For now, cosmetic. The wires are hooked up to the antennas but not to a cb. Eventually will be functional.

Like to have it washed, waxed, and tires shinned atleast once a week. I know you don't see many beds of trucks this clean!

now that is a nice truck

Thank you!

sorry to hear about your grandpa =(

its actually been 3.5 years now, he had purchased the truck to go to a medical center far away because he wanted 4 wheel drive incase he ran into snow. The truck sat for over a year with hardly any use and then a little over a year ago i started 'using' it but my grandma just wasn't ready to sell it for some reason even though its still in the family.

my average for the last few months has been 12 mpg that includes pulling the trailer and without the trailer also. If i'm going down the highway with no trailer with the cruise set then it shows that i'm getting 18-20.

I figured I'd bring this thread back up from almost 2.5 years ago. Business has grown a lot since when I posted those pictures. That truck eventually got fully lettered but removed the lettering spring of '10 and sold the truck to my father in July of '10. I replaced it with a '08 F250, it has the 5.4 gas motor. Lests just say mpg isn't anythig to brag about. This truck was CLEAN with only 28k miles on it when i purchased it. It now has close to 39k miles. Has a Boss plow hanging off the front and hide a way strobes in the lights.

Looks good, What made you go with the 5.4? Im sure it feels like a dog compared to the 1500 with the 5.3. Great looking truck regardless and I hope that 1500 is still clean like it was. That was a showroom truck!!

I went with the 5.4 because the truck was in perfect condition, all the diesels i were looking at were rough and were in the $40k plus range. The chevy was still clean for the most part. There was a dent in the tailgate and one on the drive door. Only the tailgate was from me. I think it now has about 60k miles, the tranny has slipped a few handfull of times but nothign too major. I know it was hard on that truck pulling the dump trailer with 10 yards of mulch in it :weightlifter:

Good to hear!! And I don't think any 1500 would like 10 yards!! Haha! I wanted a regular cab F250 with the 5.4 at one point cause a brand new one was close to 20k... What kind of milage do you get with it?

15mpg highway if i baby it (with NO trailer). Usually in the range from 8-12 during mowing season thats about half with trailer and half without. The past fuel fill ups have been 9-10 but thats all in town driving with no trailer.
