I was wondering if mixing sprayers and rotary heads is possible on one zone? I have an area that has sprayers, but doesn't hit the whole property causing the property line to turn brown. I notice that my neighbor has rotary heads, but when talking to my local John Deere dealer he states that they should not be mixed on one zone. Anybody have any ideas?

You can always try to put larger nozzles on the sprays. Hunter Rotators are a fancy choice that will work with less water.

The reason they should not be mixed, typically, is that they precipitate at different rates.

Mayhaps you have a zone with solid sun and solid shade, then, it might make sense to mix them. If this is not the case, convert the whole zone to MPR's as the keyboard guy said.
