Drains??????????????

Can someone please post pics of a drain for a retaining wall or describe to me how they are built I've heard from most people to lay a pvc pipe but im not exactly sure how it works. I am not doing this on a customers prpoerty it is my own i need I just need help with the drain please help.

Sure, anytime
