If you mean the marking flags such as you would use to mark sprinklers ahead of aerating, I get them in bundles of 100 at LESCO. I think they are about $6. Many colors available.

I have been considering ordering some with my new business name on them at http://www.presco.com/marking/mf_printed.htm

I use those flags for many things from sprayng and fertilizing, to marking irrigation. Sometimes, it's the only or best way I have to leave a note on a site - a Sharpie and a flag.

Thanks for pointing that out. Sometimes I see all those small banners flashing up there and it doesn't register. Definitely something to be said for using a site sponsor and one that comes well recommended

Thanks for the responses- The flags I'm actually talking about are about 6" tall flat-sided plastic brightly colored. They are extremely light and would be easy to mail to customers. But keep the responses coming as I will research them all and decide on what will work best for me:walking:

When we schedule a core aeration-I require that all sprinkler heads are clearly marked. This saves us a lot of time and guesswork. Bright markers are the best way and most customers do not have any.
