I finally bought a hand blower. I ended up with the redmax 2601. It's awsome. Choke once and it's ready.

I still have both eb and ebz7001 backpacks. I just wanted the hand blower for smaller areas and for quick clean ups. It sounds powerful. I haven't tried it out yet because it was raining today. I'll now bring a backpack and handheld when I cut.:weightlifter:

This one takes one pull. You can get it on speedwaysales or mowpart.com. You'll love it.

Nice blower. How is the power compared to a 7001 or an 8001?

Prince I still have my two eb and ebz7001s. This little unit can hold its own though. Matt, this blower at full throttle is like using the 7001 at more than half throttle. The 8001 would probably be half throttle. All in all it's a nice unit.

Dont get the vac kit, it destroyed my hh blower like that. do much debris going through the whole unit. Handy when it worked, but not worth losing a blower

most brand new machines start 1st pull. it does seem to me that the homeowner line stihls are a pita to start though.

nice blower scott good luck.

Thanks.
This blower kicks A$$! I can do a lot of smaller driveways and walks without using the back pack. It was well worth the money. These units went up 50 bucks:cry: It was $250 new!:dizzy:
