Don't do it. I lived there for 2 years and the going rate is about $50 or less a month. From what I heard the whole economy there is really bad, which means nobody's hiring lawn guys and all of the out of work contractors are now "lawn guys". Just my opinion...if you have any more questions just ask.

Going strong here! Licensed and Insured and I still get new work all the time. Maybe its worse in that area I don't really know.

dlawns i know that the housing market is overpopulated there. but i will have a full time job with flexible hours. so that i can take it slow and try to build my business. any ideas about the viera and melbourne area. those two cities and palm coast are my options for residence with my job.

Thats definitely a good thing to have the full time job and start that way. Thats how I did it there also, I'm really not trying to sound negative but when I lived there no customers would go anything over $50 a month. I know other areas of Florida are just fine. I don't know the Viera area, but I would look into Melbourne as I believe that is close to Orlando so I would think the prices would be a little bit better. Hopefully someone from that area can give there thoughts as I don't know that area very well. Like I said I hope my opinion helps.
