Let's hope none of the valve bodies go south.

What, no TOE nipples? Nice cheap box.

this was an account i just got back. I installed it 2 years ago when I worked for a big company (their specs and materials). The valve bodies can be spun off if the bonnet is removed.

We all know that; it's just a mondo pain to do it.

Cut the poly, unscrew the solonoid ,spin the valve off , spin a new one on. Couple the zone poly.

Either one looks better than this, and no, it's not mine, just got called to fix it - once I got back off the ground from laughing I told the owner sorry, can't help you... Yes, the well is IN the asphalt...

What was wrong in the first place? Did you not want to touch it just because you were worried about opening up a huge can of worms? There have been a couple of those I wish I would've walked away from.

Pump was cavitating, one zone doesn't come on, one zone had low flow (something broken somewhere under the asphalt is my guess).

Got enough good stuff going on right now to take on a headache like that. I know who put it in, and while I usually like going in after them cuz I know I'm gonna make lotsa money straightening out the mess, we're a little behind due to rain (4 out of 6 days this week).

We joke about wearing gloves when touching one of those so they can't
trace the fingerprints after it blows.
