Does anyone have any clues as to why a pretty new case 445 skid steer (not series 3), would develop high levels of carbon monoxide in the operator's cab?

exhaust leaking into the cab some how. Is it an open cab and if so was the wind a factor in the exhaust blowing back in?

Sorry. The details are. Closed cab witha factory installed heater, (no AC), Heater on low. The exhaust system is tight and includes an aspirator.

Sounds like something to have the dealer check in to.

corbon monoxide CAN enter anything. Even a new car with windows up.

An example is police officers. There are times where a police office must have their cruiser idle for an extended period on cold winter days. And one thing they're usually taught in the academy is to be well aware that even though their windows are up - carbon monoxide can still enter the inside of the car.

the onlly CO producing thing on it is the exhaust. Take it to the dealer...

How do you know you have a CO problem? got a meter or detector in the cab?

We had a Drager single gas tester on it, but it is hard to find out how CO can get into the operator area from the engine compartment.
