gm 3300 v-6 longevity

hi all
i have a 91 cutlass ciera with a 3300 v-6 , it has 188,000 on the clock , its runs perfect and uses no oil between 2100 mile drain intervals .....my question is should i be confident that it is going to run a while yet or is it a ticking time bomb?.....thanks

Good luck with it, most of these usually shake themselves to pieces by 75k...

well so much for it shaking it self to pieces .....i had an oil sample run on it today and everthing was within tolerances ....brad
