Trying to bid my first condo development. 50 units with very small front lawns (1000 sq feet). 1 1/2 Acre common area to be mowed. Small trees and fairly level terrain. Basic service mow, trim, and blow clippings no bagging. I was thinking in the area of 8 - 10$ per unit. Anyone have some insight on bidding this. Thanks
