Just a little tip:

I like to take a blower on idle and run it over the patio and blow a little bit of sand out of the joints (AFTER you run it over with the plate) so the sand isnt level with the top of the paver, so when you look at it, you really dont see the sand, but its there.

Thanks for the paver tip. It was hard with those pavers because they were so irregular. That's polymeric sand so it's fairly permanent now. But I'll use that trick next time.

Nice work Jim!

Tim, I don't know if you noticed or not but on that paver landing under the stairs we installed 2 of those Integrity Lights - the little 6" step lights they make. That was my first time installing those. They look great at night!
