Need help in gathering a few areas.
1) Looking for a small trailer with gate (new/used). Currently doing residential work and there is not much space to park vehicle w/trailer without blocking someone’s driveway.
2) Best place to purchase a trailer hitch for a Nissan Frontier (4door). Will install myself.
3) Looking to get a zero turn mower sometime next year. Need to locate a company/ business that will allow me to rent/loan a mower to test drive on a customer’s lawn. Have individual that will allow me to cut his 2 acre yard with pay, but will need a riding lawn mower. Current 33” walk behind will take to long. Seeking to obtain contracts that have acre plus lawn.

Thanks for the info. A 5x10 may work but again, the homes where I do most of my work have very little space to park truck and trailer. I was thinking of maybe going with a box/cargo type vehicle. I’m still open to suggestion.

I have a 6x12, but maybe to big for what you need.

Appreciate the thought but a 12’ is just too long. I have a 5X8 but it sits high and no gate in the back. Use a pair of ramps.

I am looking to network with landscapers and other LCO's. Have been getting calls for North and East side of San Antonio for lawn care service. These homes are too far away and my profit margin would be low. The yards are small and the cost of gas for round trip would not be feasible for me to accept the job. Any LCO's in those areas email me. Must have a license or DBA and liability insurance for me to refer you to the callers.
I have two lawn service contracts that would like some landscaping done to their front yard. The job would be sub contracted so anyone with experience and would like the job, email me. Need to have a license or DBA and liability insurance.

My minimum is $35 for complete yard service for an average lawn visit. I blow, mow, weed, trim, edge, bag, & haul if necessary. I service San Antonio Metro, any area. If I can help let me know.
God bless!

BMW-Pro Services of San AntonioThis is my 3rd year to provide lawn & yard care services in the Metro San Antonio and New Braunfels areas. A watering schedule for lawns is most appropriate in this area. One must also water if we are under watering guidelines from our city or county as has been the standard for the last few years. Watering helps to maintain the green color and freshness of our yards and prevents the drying out & burning we so often see in this area. Many people do not take the time to have a proper watering schedule, and in return their yard appears brown or burnt from lack of proper watering. At BMW-Pro Services of San Antonio as a part of our annual LAWN CARE CONTRACT we offer complete Lawn & Yard care that includes the following:
a. Mowing every 10-12 days or as needed *
b. Weeding around your home & plants on regular scheduled visits*
c. Blowing away weed cuttings on sidewalks and curbs *
d. Trimming all trees & hedges as needed *
e. A proper watering schedule for your lawn to meet City Requirements and Regulations *
f. Emergency Tree Service - 24 Hours Emergency Response for fallen trees and limbs. Emeregncy storm boardup services. *
g. Property Clean Up & haul away of debris, trash, or accumulated junk, etc *
h. Edging the sidewalk & driveway. *
i. Complete gardening and planting for up to date landscaping of your property as you require. *
j. Full lawn care inspections and follow up care & treatments for your lawn, yard, or property. *
k. Property Maintenence for Single Residences, apartment complexes, churches, schools, and commercial property. *
l. FREE Property INSPECTIONS & Price quotes for all Services. *
m. All churches, schools, & not-for-profit agencies receive a 10% discount
for contracted services. *
