Aeration Pricing in Maryland

We will be offering core aeration and over-seeding this September. I am interested in learning what other Maryland LCO's are charging per 1000 sq ft to aerate and then what everyone is charging for over-seeding and top dressing. I am not looking to low ball and I am not interested in taking customers away from any Maryland LCO. I just want to be in the ball park with other Maryland LCO's. Thank you.

Half acre and down, $20.00/msf aeration only. Seed and fert add another 20.00/msf. Larger areas I go down on the price a little. The key thing to remember is not to lose money, know the price per msf of your inputs and labor, you never go broke, making money!:hammerhead::hammerhead:

Thanks for the info. I do have one follow-up question what does the "M" stand for in msf?
