pricing edging tree rings

I am bidding on Condo Association one of bid items is spade edge 169 tree rings. Most are 4-5' diameter. I think on the bigger one I can use a bed edger. Curious to know what you guys would charge.

Is there an edge there now? I charge 40 cents a foot for yearly maint. and I make out very well. Set your own minimum. I use my Mantis tiller with one of the tines taken off.

you may be able to do it faster with a trenchblade instead of a bed edger.
