Hello all, i have a 36" exmark viking hydro. Just yesterday, it began to hesitate a lot while cutting. This then turned to the machine cutting itself off while mowing. it only happens when the blade is engaged, and i can't seem to figure out why. seems to happen more after making a turn. I bought this unit new in May, so i wonder if this would still be under warranty. Thanks for any replies.

Initially it sounds like an intermittent safety switch. If it were mine I'd return to the dealer to sort out. Sometimes you can go straight to the fault (getting lucky) or it can take ages checking.
Good luck Phil

First thing that comes to mind is the opc switch. Try replacing it first, that is the most common thing to go out on the ecs handles.
