Hydro Problems!!!

Is there a way to get faster reverse without loosing forward speed? One side has a very weak reverse but the forward speed is the same on both sides. The mower is a Wright Sentar. Thanks Gary

What is not clear about my question??? On a hydro (WRIGHT SENTAR) can you adjust more reverse into one side of the controls without loosing forward speed on that side??? Thanks
