Try a search. From what i have read they suck so u would be better off buying a more commercial walkbehind.

They are well made in my opinion ,just not suited for all situations and the handles are designed for short people.;)

For the price in my area you can get a 36" wb for about 1000.00 more and get twice the machine and have a true commercial machine to boot

One of my main dealers had one for a long time and could not move it. sounded like a airplane when he started it. It looked very solid but i dont think ajusting the deck would be very easy. none the less i did not buy one.

At the 2000 Louisville expo they were practically trying to give them away.

They must sell because Accelerator even has a bag for them now.

Man, now that is cold.:D
I thought they might be better than a heavier, true commercial type, for trimming the narrow, raised islands, you always have around gas stations, and restrunts.

Jack D. The accelerators are all the same it is the bracket on the mowers that are different. I sold my stealth but kept the accelerator to use on a future mower.

twotoros,
the accelerator's arn't all the same. The one I have for my SFS Toro has a wider opening than the Exmark accelerator. You can modify the catcher to fit other mowers but each design is slightly different.

I have been using one for 3 years, I wouldn't use for a front line mower, I use for fenced in back yard, raised islands, & ditch banks. I have not had any trouble with it & it stays out in the weather on my trailer year round. This machine will mulch anything, I have never seen anything mulch a beer can like it will. It has been very good for what I usa it for.
