Redmax Trimmer Help!!

I purchased this trimmer at the start of this season, it is my only trimmer and i am in need of help.

It starts great, everything is perfect, but when i go full throttle, it bogs down, and wont put out any power.... I cant even trim a sidewalk if the grass is too thick. I dont think it is the throttle, because i pull on the cable and it does the same thing... what do you guys think it is?
I neeed help ASAP as it is my only trimmer.

the model is BCZ2401S i believe.

My first thought is to check the screen behind the muffler. It is probably plugged.

I agree grab a pair of pliers and pull out the screen.
