Hi folks,

I need your advice. I am buying some equipment for a ranch in the mountains of West Texas. There will be about 2 acres of mowing in and out of the many houses and about 15 acres of mowing in very open terrain.

I have located this used, but almost new (well maintained with 250 hours) cub cadet for a very low price.

This is a Cub Cadet Z-Force 60" Residential with a 23 Kawa motor.

Now I know this is no exmark, but it is priced below $3000 and looks almost new.

Give me your best and worst. But let me know the kinks, because I will be the one maintaining it.

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

In short.....NO, It's my opinion that unit will never hold up mowing that much property. Try to locate a lower hour used commercial unit and leave the residential's for 2 acres or less.

I second Restrorob. Get a used commercial machine thats in good shape and you will be way happier and cheaper in the end.
