Hello guys. First of all i want to thank all who post on this site. I have learned so much over the years. I currently have a landscape company. WE design build and maintain landscapes. WE do everything except applications. I sub that out and over the years the guy has gotten real sloppy. I live in alabama and have my applicators license. I would like some info on starting a fert and squirt company. What equipment should i get. the nearest lesco is 45 mins away. thanks.

A good spreader / granular, a good 100 gal tank sprayer, and a hand sprayer. We have also used a "herbie", wich is awesome when they're workin'.

I almost died when I saw the thread title. Yours is the only situation I would start an applictaion business in right now. If you didn't have the landcape biz as a safety net, you'd starve to death before you got up and running with applications the way things are these days...Me, I'd start with at least a 100gal skid (preferably in a truck but could be trailer mounted.)Pro quality spreader and a couple backpacks. That would get you going. There are other suppliers such as Helena, UAP and maybe even a local independent supplier. There are some things(definitely not all) that I get from my local Farmers Co-Op. I've got a great relationship with the manager at mine and he'll order things and even store them for me if necessary. Good Luck
