Can anyone tell me which is best and more powerful of these two blowers? The two I am choosing from are STIHL BR600 or Husqvarna 356BT ?

I use the Shindawa 4 stroke I has a more power than any blower on the market (I researched) its cost is about 550-600 its a little picky about vapor locking in the heat but your in NY im in FL so you prob dont need to worry. My blower rack snapped off my trailer an 55mph and it still works

Shindaiwa EB8520 (coming soon) or EB802 (available at some dealers). Those two will kick some serious arse.

The one that is most comfortable to you and does what you need!!!

You could have a jet engine behind you but if you are not comfortable and are not productive then what good is it?

You should be comparing the Stihl BR600 to the Husqvarna 180BT/Redmax EBZ8001...same exact blower, pretty much. http://www.usa.husqvarna.com/node3099.aspx?nid=56499&pid=65234#

I've heard a ton of guys say that the stihl doesn't perform as well as the 8001.

BR600 has a odd gas cap I've heard guys complain about. I love my EBZ8001 to death..I would take a lot for me to change blowers.

EScapeslawncare: Maybe you should put the redmax and Shindaiwa next to one another. The numbers don't tell the whole story, it is where they are measured from. The Redmax 8001 is way better. I like the Shindaiwa except for the kick-back you get when throttling up.

Good gracious...how many threads do we have to have like this.

Do a search once in a while people. Or get your choice down to 2 and ask owners to give their pros and cons....
