Trailer title

Hey everyone-
I have a question regarding a trailer that I plan to buy. It's a very well built 4x6 trailer that I'm going to use to haul my aerator around. It doesn't have a license or title. How hard is it to get a title for it? (I live in Minnesota)

Go to dmv and tell them it is homemade. They give you a sheet to fill out an dthen you leave with a title. I have done this a few times

Thanks, then it doesn't need an inspection or anything, because the lights don't work.

That small of a trailer does not need an inspection but dont let a sheriff see you with the lights not working
