Pulling out hedges

When is it best to pull out hedges. I will use a 12v 3000# wench on my truck.
Should I do this after all this rain we're having or wait till it dries up?

They will come up easier with wet ground.

I would do it when the ground when semi-wet. As long as you won't be having your truck on the lawn you should be ok.

You can generally take them out when ever. I'd wait and do it when its wet out as it will make an easy job a lot easier.
