Applicators license?

I live in Saint Charles MO and I was wondering if anyone around this area could give me some advice about how to go about getting my license. I already did a search. Wasn't enough info.

What research did you do??? I would talk to you state Dept. Of. Ag. and your local County extention office. They should help you.
