best seed for the northeast

Hi all i was just wondering what seed,if you where doing your own lawns would you use for it?I want a kbg blend and was going to go with scotts but not sure which one any suggestions thanks in advance.

Jacklin seed has the top KBG varieties according to NTEP.

Midnight, Northstar, Moonglow, Limousine--sod quality stuff. Do not blend with cheaper seed or ryegrass for best results. For top quality--get sod. Try to find the same sod as used on the nearest major league baseball field.
