aerobic septic sys. pump

anyone here know much about the pumps used for a aerobic clean water tank. Mine appears to be messing up.

Its an aqua-safe brand 2hp I think. I pulled it out and the screen/intake were pretty clogged up. I cleaned it but it is still weak.

Can you reseal or repair these type submersible pumps?
