I have a small grading, landscaping type of business.

I am in need of a simple to use daily sheet for a foreman or an operator to use in reference to what he or his crew accomplished for each day.

I am not looking for a time sheet, I am looking for something that is fillout once a job is finished so i can have an accurate number for billing purposes.
