Need outline for proposal/estimate

Anyone help me out with a simple proposal? It's for a residential (non regular client) mulch job, topdressing, aerating & overseeding..

Do you send it in a letter form? Or a letter and separate proposal sheet?

Do I want to make it as a checklist type thing in case maybe they want to go ahead with only a couple of the proposed items?

I'm a little lost.. Any help will be appreciated!

lawnsite.com store has a proposal template that I bought that should do the trick for you. I think that Sean and Chuck have a $29 price tag. Not a bad price for the verbage. I wish it was more agreement based (inclusion of term clauses, late fees, customer covenants, etc.)

I basically know what I want to say (description, price, terms, etc.) in the proposal.. I just need help with the layout..

If they accept the proposal.. Do I use the proposal as the agreement or do I give them a work order after they accept it?

This is for a one time job.
