Seeding question in North GA

I've got some over seeding to do next week and wondering if it's too late. I was looking back to last years records and I started around Sept 3rd. I'm renting a Turf Revitilizer, and will be over seeding yards already somewhat established.

I will be using Fescue, but unsure of brand yet. I used Lesco last year with pretty good results. I was going to try a new brand Bulldog 51, but did some seeding this Spring with it with poor results.

I just rented one of those last week. Better schedule about double the time you planned on spending. I took mine back a day early because in our big yards it was just to slow. I used my dads pull behind overseeder. The revitilizer did do a good job though and does not hardly use any fuel at all.
