I have attached a picture of a small tree that I would like to purchase(the small one with a round top). Can someone please tell me the type of tree?
Thanks!

Gee Sherlock, you must think all of us have some magnificent peepers to be able to make out that species...for CERTAIN!
Why don't you try downloading a picture again; but this time, just do a "close up" of some of the leaves.
Oh...and WHERE are you???

Thanks Chuck, this is a tree I saw in a local neighborhood. Is there any other tree variety that looks similar that will stay green all year? Some people advised me to buy a holly and trim it with the ball on top.

Hollies will work but they tend to get fungal problems after being trimmed to often.Viburnum.If you really want fancy you could do a camelea.Lugustrums also come In a gold tip variety that has yellow new growth that turns green once mature. They also have nice white flowers if you let them grow a little more natural
