A No-Knock Registry?

I was watching the local news here in Dallas and one city is trying to get a NO-knock registry started. This would included hand bills. People would register and when we would apply for a permit to put out flyers it would have a list of the houses that we couldn't put them on.

But they have not passed this. It has been shot down a few times because they said they don't have the resources to keep up with it.


Anyone heard of this before. I wouldn't like this at all.

geeez a do not call list and bad enough you gotta get a permit in most locations to put flyers out but now a NO_KNOCK list? Why don't we just all concede that capitalism is all wrong and we should all just live in a shell and let our government handle everything for us...heck communism is here and growing.............hmmmm.....sarcasm injected
