LOL So I got reffered from a good friend to take a look at this property that needed to be completely trimmed and, weeded, mowed, and gutter cleaning. I went and took a look and couldnt beleive how bad this place looked. I decided to get to work on it the very next day. I went out and rented my new best friend "Vermeer" which can be viewed in the pics. That was a life saver. It was just 2 of us that worked on the property for 9 hours. There is still some little detail work but the house hasnt been touched in 2 years and vacant for 4 years so we were only able to do so much. But here is what we did in a day.

Here is the front before:

Very nice work, but I can't believe that you thought this place looked that bad. Since the economy downturn that looks like every 5th house does down here. I've seen & worked on houses that looked ALOT worse than that!

We have alot of houses that look overgrown but no where near as much as you it sounds like. This house was in a real nice and quiet neighboorhood, I wouldnt mind buying the house actually, lol.

Down here right now it's kind of bad! It seems like every 3rd or 5th house is for sale. I've got neighbors of these houses paying me just to cut the front yards because they look so bad. It's sad, most all of these houses are in foreclosure. Once the house goes into foreclosure (at least down here) the grass won't get cut until they get a notice from the city, and that could take 6 months to a year. People just can't afford their mortgages. You also can't sell a house down here, or if you do it's for about 1/3 - 1/2 of the houses value. I think it's gonna get worse before it gets better. If you ask me it's REALLY SAD!

Its a real nice chipper. I had a 10 foot long dead 5 inch diameter branch and it took it all. I was pretty impressed. It was rented from home depot actually, lol.

Ya, if you look at prices, Home Depot is actually cheaper on some rentals.:dizzy:

I think it looks good as well, but who was the "sucker" to get up on the roof and weed wack those rain cutters? In one of the pic's it might as well been easier to throw a 21" on the roof..

Yep it was a longish day. Ordered pizza to the house for lunch, LOL

No we arent union, we have to pay for our accidents, well, I do at least, LOL

Good job!

What would that house sell for?

That house, I would say its in the $150k range. Its a perfect flip house, I bet in good condition it would go for close to 200k or more.

I was the sucker and it wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. 15 mins with the backpack blower and everything was done up there. On one side the roof had about 4 inches thinck of little twigs and leaves which blew off reall easy.
