What is your favorite soft drink to drink when you are out working? Coke is my favorite.

I don't do the soft drink thingy in the heat of the summer here. It simply does not replace the electrolytes your body is burning up. Gator-Aid and water until things start to cool off a bit, then I'll drink a diet root beer or diet Coke.

Gatorade and water here. Soft drinks slow me down in the heat.

Dr. Pepper for me. I do also carry water. I don't really drink too much gatorade. I should though, I like it and its fairly cheap.

In the summertime, 1x 32oz gatorade, 3x 64oz ice waters, 1x 32oz Lemonade. Then, I'd refill the water containers at hoses (or in someones kitchens) as the day went on.
In the fall, usually some hot chocolate and 1 or 2x 64oz waters.

Well, here in Oklahoma...we drink "pop". I like to ice one down all day and then crack it open on my way home. Something about that ice cold fizzy pepsi when I been eating dust all day!

I gave up drinking "soda" (yes, it's "pop" here too). I only drink water, and lots of it in the heat while working. I'll drink Iced tea at lunch usually and then Bud Light at night. Now that it's getting cooler out I'm drinking coffee in the morning again. I won't drink it at all when it's hot out, yuck.

I drink a hell of a lot of pop. Mostly pepsi, but also coke, dr pepper, mountain dew, and root beer. Basically everything. When I am working though, I usually drink water (and lots of it at that...).

Sugar water is bad. Soda is sugar water. Diet soda has fake sugar in it which is bad for you. Water is good. Gatorade is good.

you may notice how fat / weak / diseased modern man is , well its because all the junk we're eating and drinking that we shouldnt be . including garbage like gatoraide (its like sugar and salt called electrolites in dyed water) and pop .
drink ice water , and if need a sugar kick have some fruit .
and you could also buy a good quality juicer (champion is my favorite) and juice fresh fruits like apple / pineapple / orange to keep iced in your jug .

PowerAid Zero. No calories, and none of the excessive sugar and carbs in Gatorade. That stuff is bad for YOU! I mix the PowerAid or is it PowerAde? with 50% water. Cheaper than Gatorade, better for you, and tastes better too. dilute it with water....
Soda, pop, whatever you want to call it is very unhealthy stuff for folks like us who make out livings sweating and busting butt. A bannana a day will also help avoid night leg cramps... I don't really like bannanas, but I eat em and potatoe skins for the potassium... keeps the leg cramps away.

Carbonated sugar water with food colorant.
$1.59 for 20 ounces of that.
Guys, I think we're in the wrong business.
...............
That having been said, I drink soda very sparingly, maybe a dozen two liters a year or so.
I'll take one when a customer offers, too.
Makes me appreciate it, I really like the flavor when I don't drink the stuff all the time.
Otherwise I survive on water, weak coffee, and milk (thou that's not cheap either lol).

Only the best from up here:drinkup:
Espresso in the morning, about 4-6 liters (1-1.5gal) of water during the day (juice with lunch), Brisk/Nestea or apple/orange juice at the end of the day, Labbat's/Bud at night.
As its been said before, soda if offered by a client. I shy away from fast food/drink because of all the garbage in them. 17 years, 0 cavities and I'm sick once every few years. I think I must be doing something right.

the biggest thing to worry about is losing the DL. get caught driving with ONE beer in you and you could lose it depending on the cop that pulls you over. being under the drinking age means that your legal blood/alcohol level is a lot lower. it takes about 1 beer to put you over that limit.
