Disability Insurance

This is more for the solo LCOs. My question is what kind of diability insurance do you have on yourself. It seems with the thought sometime having a little one I become very worried with the what ifs???? Like what if I am sick for two weeks or hurt for a while or what if ???? Does anybody have any reccomendations on disability insurance?

I have a long term disability policy which kicks in after 3 months. Cost me $138 a quarter but will pay me 500 a week.
