Has anyone ever heard of constructiondeal.com? They started sending me requests for bids and I don't even know how they got my information. Has anyone ever done business with them? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Bill,
Just wanted to follow up with your question about Construction Deal.com They contacted me too...and as a business owner I need all the leads that I can get. I contacted them and they have a pretty good service. What they do is provide leads to business, locally and some further away, but they provide leads basically. I pay a small amount monthly, which I set and they send me leads.
So far, 4 months into it, I have got 6 really good jobs from it. For the cost of the lead, it is minimal compared to the revenue I generate from the job I get.
There was very little risk for me when I looked at the reward if it worked. So far, it's working for me.

How much do they charge?

They have a couple different options. The cool thing is that you only pay for the lead that you use!!! I like that . I basically load $300.00 a month onto my account. With each lead that I choose to respond to, they take the cost of the lead out of my monthly budget. At the end of the month, they refresh my account with the amount I set as my monthly budget.
It is an easy process!
One other thing I would mention, is that they send me leads to my phone by text message as well as by email so I don't miss out on anything that may be available for me.

Donald,
Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate the detailed explanation. I'm going to look at some of the bids they sent me and contact them and see if it would be worth it for me. Thanks again, man.

Hey Man,
No worries with the help. Anything that I can do to help anyone I am willing. Especially with the economy the way it is. If there is anything more that I can assist with, let me know and I will do my best to "Bail You Out" like the government is doing for all of these wealthy businesses... ;-)
One last thing, I wasn't always in the Lawn care business, I did marketing and advertising for more than 15 years. A great way to gain interest for your business, is to write and submit articles about your business. If you like, I can give you a list of free article submission sites that you can check out!
Let me know!
Take care man.

Yeah man that would be really cool. If you want you can email that stuff my way or whatever is easiest for you. I've always been into the whole advertising and marketing thing. Those were the only classes that I did well in when I went to college. Thanks again for the help. Talk to ya soon.
