Can't realy tell by the photo. But, it looks like an old troy-bilt I had that was manufactured in the late 1970's or early 1980's. I kind of miss that thing. Although, adjusting the belts was a pain the the keaster

Didn't "Monkey Ward's" go out of business ?? Or, weren't they bought and merged with another retailer ?
