Look pretty decent. Only did signs on our main Residential trailer. I'll throw one in of the cummins too. The large sign is on the gate, I don't have installed pics yet.

Sorry for quality, Taken off my cell phone.

I've only had them a couple thousand miles. So far I love them, very quiet for an aggressive tire. I've been told not to expect alot of miles from them, but they look great and I got a heck of a deal. I think it was about $800 mounted and balanced.

Yes it's a 48" with the 18 Honda. It was a great mower when we were using it on a couple properties a week, its still a great mower just too slow for our likings. I've had no problems and it's got 120 hours on it. I will be selling it this winter and replacing it with a 52" Super Z.

Both look good, I like that trailer too, with the mesh sides like that! Wish mine had them

The mesh sides were pretty pricey, I will never be without them again. Very useful.

I just noticed also, is that rust on the back of the cummins behind the tire?

davis45
10-08-2008, 12:53 PM
No, it's just dirt. This truck is spotless, no rust at all. It was bought new in Texas in 1999, then I bought it and brought it to Illinois February 2008.

Not sure how much we take care of, 3 total cemeteries. I think about 40 acres?

That 72in hustler looks like a beast!!! How often do you guys mow those cemeteries? Do you weedeat around every headstone?

Oh yeah forgot to ask.. is the deck on the hustler built any different than a regular deck to make it discharge out the rear?

I honestly don't know alot about the construction of the deck. The outer blades do spin in opposite directions to discharge the grass out the center of the rear.

We mow all 3 cemeteries every week. Trimming gets done every 3 weeks by townships request. Yes we trim EVERY stone and in between the ones the mower will not fit in. The largest Cemetery has 3,000 stones and about a half mile of fence to trim. There is also a section of the ditch on the front highway that is too steep for a mower we have to Trim. We also maintain all the rock/roadways so they do not get grown up with weeds.

Now that I look at it, all three of the cemetery pics are from the same one, the largest one we have.

Mowing all 3 can be done in about 16-18 man hours. Trimming all 3 takes around 42-44 man hours. Your movin though, not resting much when doing it in that amount of time.

I have 5 more I am bidding on for next season.

I hope you don't use your jhon deere zero and troybit trimmer on your semiterys. Stay in school there killer.

Cemeteries are great to have if you know how to bid them and work on them efficiently. If you don't know what your doing you will lose your a$$ in a hurry. I would not reccomend bidding any if you don't have previous expierence. There is ALOT to be done besides your typical mowing.

:nono: Don't you ever talk bad about a CUMMINS:nono:

Haha, yea there are a lot of people who don't like dodge trucks. I would love for Chevy to put a Cummins in their trucks, perfect set-up. I'm not much of a ford guy but I have been looking at some F-350 Mason Dumps for next season.
