Looks good to me. I would get the 6x12 the extra room will be worth it. If you ever need a smaller one, maybe you could rent pop's for the day.

Imo if the trailer you have is 10' long and the only thing you would be gaining is 1' wider its not worth it...either go bigger or just stay there right now
