Ok, here I go. I have bought a 1991 f150 as you can see. Small amount of cosmetic damage, as you can see. And now my question...should i paint it ? I would not be fixing All of the damage/rust beings i only paid 500$ for er. I would just be shootin with say a dull black and some safety green flames. that way i stick out like a sore thumb :cool2: not sure of the color combination, but i think i want flames. and yeah i can paint and fix all the stuff i just dont want to make it perfect because i will just be afraid of driving it. (like my mustang) Pic at the bottom. Or should i just leave it the blue that it is?

oh yeah, that is my Mustang. I bought it when i was 13 as my first car! and now im 24, so ive had it for a while.

the vette is another guys that i painted in college, as one of my projects. If any of that matters.

no clue. what do you think?

If it's a work truck drive it as is, I wouldn't bother doing anything if the job is half azzed......

Did you say you want green flames? Is this going to be your primary truck for your lawn company? Have you ever heard the phrase " dress for success"? I would apply this to your lawn rig as well. That said, awesome looking mustang.

thanks for the compliment on my mustang, i like it too!

i am looking to sell my 01 f150 Pic below and use this one for at least the 09 season to get my feet back under myself...i hate car debt, wether it be for a business or not:hammerhead: im just tired of paying for it. I see it as i would rather destroy the value of a cheap fair looking truck than that of a 12000$ truck. i have the $$ in my equipment, where the $ has to be.

and yeah i have heard "Dress for success"

and all i have to say is that there is Sooooo much normal out there dont any of you think something that looks crazy wild would get attention?

People don't like crazy when it comes to hiring somebody. I have a F250 super duty, white with 4Ft expanded metal sides. Looks like everybody else’s truck. What I did was mount a receiver in the front of truck and added one of those cargo carriers. I then mounted a 16 gallon water tank for my round-up(it's illegal to use residential hose connected to house to fill tank) and a place for all my traffic cones(5 tall - bright orange). No body else in this area has this in the front of their truck. You can see me coming down the road a mile away. Point is, it's different, but professional.

that is a cool idea with the front of your truck.....got any pics? might well be usefull!

i understand what you mean, but, but, but,.....I still think it would look cool with the same color of lettering, and shirts and caps n things......and i kinda also think flames look BA!!! when done good as far as style goes...

does the truck look bad to you now? i will be putting some nice wood sides, my info on the wood, and a load handler. would it look fine now?

Thanks, Nathan
