I have a 1995 or 1996 Isuzu NPR (diesel), it runs great except for when i get on the interstate and get up to about 60 mph it will then shift down violently down to around 45 mph, and while it is "loosing speed" when you press the gas it doesnt respond...any ideas?

Electronix in the transmission.

Transmission computer might be going bad. Those models had some problems with them.

one of our fire engines did the same exact thing, turned out to be loose battery cables.

Thanks, I am trying to figure out where in Knoxville to get it serviced at that is reasonable when it comes to prices, how much does the electronix cost, or do you have any idea?
