I tried a search on this with no definite answer sooo....I was looking at the Groundskeeper software and have the free trial that I can add up to 5 customers and I really like it!
My question is should I go with the Pro version or the Lite version. What would I be missing out on with the Lite version? thanks

I don't have an answer to your question, but have you tried the Gopher software from Ditech? I have been using in since 2005 and it has worked well for me.

The best way I can think of it is that it's a little like a governor on an engine,
it throttles your top end so it limits your maximum ability, it lowers the ceiling.

i use pro now, but started with lite. i believe when you purchase either one you can put in up to 10,000 customers. the difference is that pro has scheduling, estimating, business expense, payroll, and pesticide application sections. you can always upgrade to pro anytime. all you have to do is backup lite on a flash drive(which you should do every day)and purchase and load pro, then restore from the backup. it has to be the easiest and most user friendly program out there, you will enjoy using this program, definitely worth every penny

yeah i really like the demo i have and its so easy to use! i'll probably be getting the pro, $400 is a lot, but i like it so much and is so much easier than the quikbooks i was using it will probably be worth it. i sound like a commercial.

One thing i forgot was that with pro you can schedule all of your customers services then at the end of each day you tell "the wizard" to automatically charge for the route, schedule, or an estimate.
