I believe they are out of MO. I need a 34 hp B&S diesel engine and they have a good price. Has anyone dealt with them and if so, any problems?

Yes.
Ordered engine and sent in payment with shipping for DHL. Finally called to see where engine was, was told it shipped on truck and would be freight collect because "DHL does not service your area" . The DHL guy that shows up here to drop off other packages is going to be pretty upset to find out that he has been working for free when he is delivering packages in this town I guess.
