American Buffalo Grass

Hi, I have a fairly moderate front yard of American Buffalo with a few brown spots but not that serious. I am trying to rejuvenate the lawn and have three days earlier sprayed weed killer and three days later had sprayed a fast releasing feeder for the lawn to try and get it to bring colour and become luscious fast and than add a slow releasing feeder. What else can i do? I will also add a photo tomorrow, too dark now.

Buffalo grass shouldn't be treated as a "high maintenance" turf site.
Being able to mow it somewhat more infrequent than other turf is the primary reason most people choose it, other than the reason of its overall superior drought-hardiness.
