I need some help cleaning out some gutters on a commercial building. It's a steel building on a nice open lot. I figure the gutters are about 15' high.

My insurance doesn't allow me to climb ladders. Any Tulsans out there interested in helping out?

Are you still looking for help? Where is this building located? Not sure if my husband would be interested but could talk to him tonight. We are a start-up company so any work that could provide future knowledge or open doors is always worth a shot!

Yes, I'm still looking for help.

This is the deal: These gutters are on a steel office building about 15' high. They fill up with leaves and then freeze, which is bad.

Once we get a good mess of leaves in them, the lady wants the gutters cleaned out.

I'd be happy to talk to you about subbing the job if you'd like.

The only catch: You've got to show a certificate of insurance to me and to the client.

Are you just requiring a General Liability certificate and how much coverage do you require? Insurance is actually on my to do list for today and tomorrow! We've gotten several quotes so just need to get coverage bound and get it all through underwriting. Also do you need a workman's comp certificate? I'm waiting on that guy to call me back. I actually work for an insurance company.......it's a large expense but totally worth it in the event you need it! We know once we start trying to get commercial contracts we will need at least $1 million liability.

This conversation needs to go private. :)

I tried to send you a private message, but your account doesn't allow it - probably because you're relatively new here at Lawnsite.

Can you send me a private message with your contact info? I'll call you tomorrow.

I'm going to be out of town today but this isn't urgent. The lady just wants the leaves cleaned out once they've all fallen, which will be probably a couple of weeks or so.
