Does anyone know anything about these machines? Are they commercial, strong? Anything would be helpful as there is an auction I am going to that has one (brand new) and I have never heard of them before. Thanks in advance.

I believe the X-treme is a commercial machine. Encore is well known here for their walk behinds. Buying at an auction you could pick it up cheap. Since you have never heard of them, I take it dealers are few and far between in your area which would make service & parts an issue.

I have a WB. It has worked very well for me, no issues what so ever. I don't know about their ZTR's though. If they have the same duriability and cut as the WB then I would buy one for sure. If I ever make the jump to a ZTR my first machine to look at would be the Front Cut 61" Prowler.
