Invoicing & Tracting Program

We are recently new to the business and we are looking for the best program to help us with invoicing and tracting clients. Is there a program that lets you know when, say, round 3 is due and who gets round 3? Thanks for any info.

There are several.
We like Quick Booksc Pro because it gives you an inexpensive, easy to use and complete accounting package.
It also can accommodate several companies and types of companys.

I use Quickbooks and like the fact it works pretty much like the standard Double Entry system that standard accounting uses. Most CPA or tax people have an advanced program that can work with your Quickbooks at tax time.

Quickbooks Customer Manager is a add on program that works with Quickbooks and does scheduling.

You might also try scheduling with Outlook since it is on most Microsoft computers. That is a different program than Outlook express the E mail.

I have tried bookkeeping programs designed for the green industry. IMHO and not to call names, they don't work any where as well as Quickbooks and are a lot more money. Since I don't do payroll or my own taxes, I am using an out of date version since I have no need to up grade. But paying to up grade Quickbooks each year is wise for they do have excellent support that comes with the program.

i use quickbooks pro for accounting and qexpress by alocet software for routing etc. the 2 programs work together for a seamless all around program
