Help With Fencing

We will preparing an estimate for chain link fencing in a couple of weeks as another phase of a job we are doing. Have not installed fencing for profit before and would like opinions on how to figure the job. We can get 2.5 x costs for sod and irrigation, but need to know if this is adequate for fencing.
