I have voles invading my yard what are some of the best ways to get rid of them. I don't want to use poison.

I've been able to trap moles, voles, mice, chipmunks with a mouse trap baited with peanut butter. For moles, voles, place the trap along an active trail or tunnel. For chipmunks you're better off using a rat trap. Hope this helps.

We had tons of them, once we got a dog, they all cleared out. Seeing as how you may not want a dog, here is a method I have used for others that has worked. either buy a bunch of bait stations, (little boxes that keep poison bait safe and dry, but allow rodent access) or buy a bunch of 1.5" pvc pipe, cut the pipe into foot long tubes, place OneBite, or any other rodent poison into the tubes and place tubes along active trails. The tube will keep the poison dry, and voles are drawn to the tubes. If you have kids in your yard, or pets, ONLY USE THE BAIT STATIONS, they don't work as well as the tubes, but Rodenticide is VERY toxic to people and pets... a horrible way to die.
