Sometimes here in the North wet when you blow off all the crud there is a thin film of slime left and it's like oil. You can slip if your not carefull. I have always wondered what if the home owner came out and slipped right after you blew off the drive or walk. Would I be responsible? Could they sue me?

"the North wet " that's good!
Sure anybody can sue anyone anytime for anything.
Were you negligent? Were you insured?
A lot of time the slime is a moss, which can be cleared off with Roundup, if you ever get a day dry enough to apply it.

You can't be responsible for someone slipping on their own property.
